In his inaugural match, Woods's team, Jupiter Links Golf Club, faced a challenging 12-1 defeat against Los Angeles Golf Club. Despite the loss, Woods maintained a positive outlook, emphasizing the entertainment value of the event. He remarked, "We were entertaining. We hit a lot of shots. I think the people here, they got to see how bad pros can be."

Matches are structured to last two hours, focusing on fast-paced, engaging content. Woods expressed his enthusiasm for the innovative format, stating, "This is unique. This is something that golf has never seen before."
